Welcome to MyHoloTales. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview
MyHoloTales provides digital story experiences, including storybooks, coloring pages, animated videos, and projector- or hologram-ready files. All products are delivered digitally.

2. Digital Products & Delivery
All MyHoloTales products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Non-personalized library stories are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Personalized stories are delivered within the timeframe stated on the website, beginning after we receive all required personalization details. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or for custom story requests outside of our library.

3. Personalization
Personalized products require accurate information and images provided by the customer. You are responsible for submitting correct details. Once a personalized story has been created, changes or revisions cannot be made. Requests for stories not available in the MyHoloTales library may require additional creation time.

‍Voice Matching & Audio Use: If a customer chooses a voice-matching option, they may submit a short audio sample for the sole purpose of generating story narration. Voice-matching is designed to resemble the tone and style of the provided voice but does not guarantee an exact replication. Submitted audio files are used only to fulfill the requested product and are not retained, reused, sold, or shared beyond production purposes. By submitting audio, the customer confirms they have the legal right to provide and authorize use of that voice sample.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

5. Usage & Licensing
MyHoloTales products are for personal use only.

You may:
View, print, and enjoy your story for personal or family use.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share files publicly
Use the content for commercial purposes
Modify or claim the content as your own

6. Equipment & Viewing Experience
MyHoloTales stories are designed to be experienced using projectors or hologram displays. Many hologram devices do not include built-in audio; external speakers (such as Bluetooth speakers) are recommended. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party devices.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, illustrations, videos, and branding are the property of MyHoloTales and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
MyHoloTales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
